At Pathway Into Wellness, we guide you through a comprehensive healing journey with our four-phase approach. Each phase is designed to address the core aspects of your health, uncovering the root causes of imbalance and restoring vitality to your life.
FOUNDATIONS
This phase focuses on identifying underlying factors affecting your health and stabilizing your foundation for healing using foundational labs: blood work, OATS testing, and genetic analysis to evaluate your body’s key systems.
HORMONES
Hormones are key to your well-being. In this phase, we use the DUTCH test to identify imbalances and work together to restore harmony, helping you feel more energized, focused, and in sync with your body.
GUT HEALTH
Your gut is often the root of many health issues. In this phase, we use GI mapping and parasite testing to eliminate harmful pathogens, heal the gut lining, and optimize digestion for better overall health.
MAINTENANCE
Once your body is balanced, we enter the maintenance phase to sustain your progress through ongoing support and a personalized wellness plan. You'll have the tools to maintain your health and continue thriving.

Meet Your Guide: Julie
Becoming a certified Integrative Healing Practitioner has been a dream come true. Growing up, I thought I’d work in traditional medicine like my dad, but life led me toward natural healing instead.
Over the years, I’ve trained with incredible teachers and worked with clients using hands-on healing, Intuitive Coaching, and Theta Healing, eventually creating my business, FoodRestLove.

After years of struggling with my own health—jaw pain, surgeries, and immune issues—I found relief through Sandie Gascon’s program in 2020.
This journey reignited my passion for healing, and I’ve since trained to help others heal naturally. Now, I’m ready to share my knowledge and guide you on your path to wellness.
